GBPainful and unpleasant process Painful and unpleasant process. Loan officer - Cheryl was uncommunicative, changed rates multiple times, and could not delivered rate as originally quoted. The whole process was painful, and almost missed closing and funding deadline. Would NOT recommend anyone to use NAF.

GBMiss handling of insurance check I sent an insurance check to be co-signed and direct deposited to bank account. Check was not direct deposited. They mailed the check back, which was fully endorsed. Now I have hope the check is not fraudulently deposited. After two phone calls and talking to a supervisor. No one can tell me why check was not deposited and my phone number was on the form for processing.
