Very responsive and helpful! I had an issue signing my brother up for a True Link Visa (not True Link’s fault - he simply didn’t have sufficient “history”, so I reached out for help. They were extremely helpful, got him signed up and card activated very quickly!

Service is great Service is great. I help with a disabled young man who is unable to take care of things on his own. True Link reached out to me when his card was going to expire. I was unaware and very appreciative they contacted me. Also, thanks so much for making it so easy to deposit funds in his account.

True Link s Hidden Corruption They not only charge you $12 monthly to use their card, but also charge you $1.50 everytime you use an ATM! 😡They're crooks and they're just swiping more money here and there and I'm sick of it!! I'm going to be my own payee and leave True Link for good.
