GBExcellent Assistance from representatives … I assist my nephew as far as monitoring his TrueLink card and any time there is a question or concern I received excellent assistance. The representatives go above and beyond on doing any research necessary and always explain fully zny response. I am very impressed.

GBVery responsive and helpful! I had an issue signing my brother up for a True Link Visa (not True Link’s fault - he simply didn’t have sufficient “history”, so I reached out for help. They were extremely helpful, got him signed up and card activated very quickly!

GBService is great Service is great. I help with a disabled young man who is unable to take care of things on his own. True Link reached out to me when his card was going to expire. I was unaware and very appreciative they contacted me. Also, thanks so much for making it so easy to deposit funds in his account.

GBSuper long hold times!! I got this card for a family member, the first time I transferred money from my linked bank account it took well over 7 days for the funds to clear. I understand the first couple of transfers would be slow to make sure there wasn't any fraud going on but even after the first two transfers the funds still aren't available to my family member for a full 7 business days. This card has caused more problems than its worth. I would NOT RECOMMEND this to anyone.
