Very responsive and helpful! I had an issue signing my brother up for a True Link Visa (not True Link’s fault - he simply didn’t have sufficient “history”, so I reached out for help. They were extremely helpful, got him signed up and card activated very quickly!

Great tool for parents of adults w IDD This debit card is a very well-thought-out tool for someone who needs to assist another person in managing the day-to-day expenses and "pocket money". Our adult daughter has developmental disabilities; AND she needs to be "independent'' to the best of her abilities. The debit card has a lot of built in controls and filters allowing a caregiver/guardian visibility to how money is being spent. A great idea!

I Love this card... it's perfect for our needs I have been using this card for my elderly mother, as she wasn't making good financial decisions. We've had to restrict her activities while still providing her some independence. This card has made monitoring her transactions and setting up appropriate restrictions really easy. And the couple times I had questions, the customer service team has been quick to respond, thorough and very helpful in guiding me to what I was trying to accomplish. I don't think we could have given my mother any financial independence if it weren't for this card. Thank you to the team!

I dislike how long it takes for a… I dislike how long it takes for a requested payment to the card to show as received and ready to spend. In other contexts, such as Zelle, funds are transferred and available right away. We are paying a fee to use TrueLink and I don’t like the idea that this delay may be second kind of fee by enabling TrueLink to use the float
