Very responsive and helpful! I had an issue signing my brother up for a True Link Visa (not True Link’s fault - he simply didn’t have sufficient “history”, so I reached out for help. They were extremely helpful, got him signed up and card activated very quickly!

In other contexts, such as Zelle, funds are transferred and available right away. We are paying a fee to use TrueLink and I don’t like the idea that this delay may be second kind of fee by enabling TrueLink to use the float

Super long hold times!! I got this card for a family member, the first time I transferred money from my linked bank account it took well over 7 days for the funds to clear. I understand the first couple of transfers would be slow to make sure there wasn't any fraud going on but even after the first two transfers the funds still aren't available to my family member for a full 7 business days. This card has caused more problems than its worth. I would NOT RECOMMEND this to anyone.
