USSLS is awful SLS is awful. Customer service is a joke. They put you on hold for a very long time. Then they do not listen to you or answer your questions. They are purposefully evasive and slow. They will play every trick to cause you to misunderstand and possibly miss a payment. If you learn that your loan would be transferred to SLS, shop around. They are a terrible company that does not respect their customers. Avoid them at all costs.

USThe representative was EXCELLENT The representative was EXCELLENT! I have not experienced so much patience from anyone in decades. She sent us a document of which she walked us through step by step. I fell in love with customer service again. I have hated it for years because I feel some people do not have the right fit for the job. But not this one, she was awesome.
