Fraudulent Company Fraudulent Company, they are stealing from homeowners. SLS uses PMI as a means by which to steal funds from homeowners, they enforce illegal requirements for PMI removal that violate federal law. Your PMI by law comes off at 78%, do not let them lie to you.

SLS has very good customer service SLS has very good customer service. and a number of plans for different ways to manage your mortgage if needed. The website is easy to use and has lots of options, including, answering questions and paying your mortgage payment online.

Great Customer Service My mortgage was sold to SLS in June of 2022 and I have to say, my experience has been excellent. I had a hiccup with last spring's tax bill that was quickly straightened out with a phone call, and the three other times I reached out to them with questions they have been pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. Really give their customer service high marks, especially their escrow and tax agents. I also appreciate that they have agents specific to the issue you are calling about, not just generalists. Their website is very easy to navigate and understand. I have found that the best and quickest way to communicate is via phone. Email inquiries can take a few days for a reply. My calls are answered quickly (I’ve never been on hold more than a minute or two.) One of the best loan servicing experiences I've had.

This Is Customer Service! The agent was entirely attentive to my query, and as such, he quickly made the calculations and confirmed what our new monthly payment would be once I paid the escrow shortage in full! Though the wait-time was about 35 minutes, answering my questions only took about 4 minutes.
