Fraudulent Company Fraudulent Company, they are stealing from homeowners. SLS uses PMI as a means by which to steal funds from homeowners, they enforce illegal requirements for PMI removal that violate federal law. Your PMI by law comes off at 78%, do not let them lie to you.

SLS is awful SLS is awful. Customer service is a joke. They put you on hold for a very long time. Then they do not listen to you or answer your questions. They are purposefully evasive and slow. They will play every trick to cause you to misunderstand and possibly miss a payment. If you learn that your loan would be transferred to SLS, shop around. They are a terrible company that does not respect their customers. Avoid them at all costs.

Made me feel important I don’t have the exact quotes, but let me paraphrase. When I said, let me explain quickly. The representative said no take your time. Whatever you need is important to us. This warm and welcoming attitude is not commonly found. And this is an example that other companies would be wise to follow.

The representative was EXCELLENT The representative was EXCELLENT! I have not experienced so much patience from anyone in decades. She sent us a document of which she walked us through step by step. I fell in love with customer service again. I have hated it for years because I feel some people do not have the right fit for the job. But not this one, she was awesome.

My SLS representative listen and made my anxiety disappear. I was feeling anxious when making this call; and thankfully my SLS representative, Justin, was professional, confident and kind. He did not rush me off the phone or cut me off; and his answers to my questions showed he took the time to actually listen. When I ended the call my anxiety was gone because my representative cared.
