USComerica is not always good, Comerica is always great. I’m working on building a relationship with a Comerica bank in San Antonio as I’ve just moved. Comerica bank employees in Houston helped me contact the right group in the loan department. I use the internet when I can, it has a great user interface Employees have always helped me when I had an issue. The house loan went well. The loan requirements were actually good for me. Comerica made sure I knew what items were being reviewed with the seller. The loan specialist kept me from making a potential mistake.

This warm and welcoming attitude is not commonly found. And this is an example that other companies would be wise to follow.

USMy SLS representative listen and made my anxiety disappear. I was feeling anxious when making this call; and thankfully my SLS representative, Justin, was professional, confident and kind. He did not rush me off the phone or cut me off; and his answers to my questions showed he took the time to actually listen. When I ended the call my anxiety was gone because my representative cared.
