Auto Warranty/Service Extension made easy! Had been shopping around to get a warranty/service extension contract for my 2019 Mustang. Spoke and emailed with Sam Taylor at Total Auto Protect and worked out a coverage plan tailored to what I felt was a good balance between service & price. I am in hopes I do not have to use it, but the peace of mind of having it is totally worth it to me.

They have refused to cover almost… Despite buying their Premiere policy, they have refused to cover almost everything so far. Their favorite excuse is to say everything is normal wear and tear. Washer jet hoses broken on a 9 year old car? Normal wear and tear. Wheel bearing gone out? Normal wear and tear, despite wheel bearing specifically being listed as covered on my policy. What a waste of money this was. I will be contacting the BBB.

Don't Do It! I had to give it one star because there is no zero star option. I filed a claim for an issue which clearly was covered in the contract. They danced around the issue and declined to cover the repair. They refused to refund my premium as well. Thankfully, I paid for it with a credit card. I disputed the charge and received a full refund. I think that this company is a total scam.

Sam was the man Sam was the man! He did a great job of presenting my policy options and providing reassurance when I told him about some negative reviews on BBB. You could tell how enthusiastic he was about Total Auto Protect which made my decision to purchase the Premier package that much easier.

Sam Tayor was exceptional not only about company but in making sure I understood the company and the product. Sam Tayor was exceptional not only about the product but taking the time to answer all my questions. He stayed on the phone until the process was complete and walked me through all the steps. He was very professional in answering about competitors without being negative.
