Don't Do It! I had to give it one star because there is no zero star option. I filed a claim for an issue which clearly was covered in the contract. They danced around the issue and declined to cover the repair. They refused to refund my premium as well. Thankfully, I paid for it with a credit card. I disputed the charge and received a full refund. I think that this company is a total scam.

My Representative was fabulous! My Representative, Zack, was fabulous! It is the best experience I have ever had dealing with a customer service rep. He was patient and incredibly helpful. I feel safe and secure with my warranty package for my Kia Sorento. I will be sending my daughters to him when their new vehicles are ready for an extended warranty program. I am so glad I found your company online!

Great service and Explenations I found out about your CO on the WEB. I filled out a quote request and very soon, I mean minutes Jason called me. He was very informative, very knowledgeable and very courteous. What a pleasant experience. We did sign up for a plan after his excellent explanations of the program.

Sam was the man Sam was the man! He did a great job of presenting my policy options and providing reassurance when I told him about some negative reviews on BBB. You could tell how enthusiastic he was about Total Auto Protect which made my decision to purchase the Premier package that much easier.

DON'T BE SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY! Notice that most of the positive reviews are all about the initial signup process. Yes, they are very helpful in the beginning and even cover a lot of cars that other companies won't. And their rates are reasonable. Why? Because they have no intention of paying your claim or giving you a refund. Total scam. I filed two claims, both of which were legitimate based on their policy. Both denied. I canceled and asked for a refund, which I am yet to receive. First they said they were having problems with their credit card system, so they would mail me a check. It's been over a month, and no check. The latest excuse? "The check is in the mail!" Right! I will be pursuing civil and criminal fraud charges as well as interstate commerce violations. Also filing a report with the atty general in Delaware, where they are located probably for the tax advantages and limited corporate liability offered by that state. Beware!!!
