GBVery slow responses Similar to other people here, I have also requested my new credentials after they switched to DX and I have sent them 3 emails over 2 weeks asking for them and I’ve had no response. I do believe they are a trustworthy team because of TJR however their customer support is rather disappointing. I do like 1of1 and will continue to use them but until I get my account back like others then it’s a no go and no recommendations from me

CASlow chat response time have a 50k funded account that was cancelled due to daily drawdown. DD was 3000 and i lost 2200. they wrongfully cancelled the account. after 2 days of constant messages to 5 different team members, the account is live again... thankfully. chat support is slow and the do not put much effort into their message but the problem was fixed. hopefully taking a payout does not bring me any more issues. will update when payout is recieved.

XKWAITING 1 WEEK AND STILL NOTHING Hi, I have been here for about a week and nothing has happened. Their policy states that payouts should be processed within 24 to 48 hours, but as of right now, nothing has happened. Why is this so bad? Do they know how many accounts I have blown? All that hard work for nothing, shame on you, 1of1. and in their chat stated that they will respond within 30 minutes. I texted them, but it has been hours, and nothing has appeared to be known. They don't want to reply, and I'm not sure how to express how disappointed I am right now.
