Excellent support I had a couple of queries regarding the credentials for my funded account and about the withdrawal process for another account of mine. Aidan has helped answer both queries over the last 2 days and he has been replying relatively quickly. The support team has drastically improved over the last few weeks as I’ve gone from receiving no reply after a week to receiving replies within a few hours. Only onwards and upwards from here. WAITING 1 WEEK AND STILL NOTHING Hi, I have been here for about a week and nothing has happened. Their policy states that payouts should be processed within 24 to 48 hours, but as of right now, nothing has happened. Why is this so bad? Do they know how many accounts I have blown? All that hard work for nothing, shame on you, 1of1. and in their chat stated that they will respond within 30 minutes. I texted them, but it has been hours, and nothing has appeared to be known. They don't want to reply, and I'm not sure how to express how disappointed I am right now.
