I bought a 15K challenge and one day later my account was desactived and I contacted the support and they aint do nothing, they told me to send the numero of my account then I sent him 3X and it seems like they dont want to fix the problem, I waited 10 days and nothing hapened so maybe this is a scam or they are just incompetent

Their policy states that payouts should be processed within 24 to 48 hours, but as of right now, nothing has happened. Why is this so bad? Do they know how many accounts I have blown? All that hard work for nothing, shame on you, 1of1. and in their chat stated that they will respond within 30 minutes. I texted them, but it has been hours, and nothing has appeared to be known. They don't want to reply, and I'm not sure how to express how disappointed I am right now.

A+ prop firm One of one customer service truly needs to be improved on, but from my experience so far, they seem legit, though i had some difficulties with my purchase, it was resolved.

I had to reach out to support today regarding an error with my trade execution on MT4 and support was there to help within minutes. Not only did one of the partners handle the issue, but he had it resolved within an hour. 1of1 really wants traders to succeed and I have nothing but trust and support for TJR and his team!
