They made me wait two weeks for a payout just to say my account hit max daily drawdown when I haven’t traded on it due to the fact that I was waiting for a payout. I highly recommend stay clear from this firm. Unless you like wasting time.

Very Responsive Support Team I chose to go with 1of1Funding as I had been seeking a trustworthy funding company ran by real people and real traders. I had to reach out to support today regarding an error with my trade execution on MT4 and support was there to help within minutes. Not only did one of the partners handle the issue, but he had it resolved within an hour. 1of1 really wants traders to succeed and I have nothing but trust and support for TJR and his team!

Slow chat response time have a 50k funded account that was cancelled due to daily drawdown. DD was 3000 and i lost 2200. they wrongfully cancelled the account. after 2 days of constant messages to 5 different team members, the account is live again... thankfully. chat support is slow and the do not put much effort into their message but the problem was fixed. hopefully taking a payout does not bring me any more issues. will update when payout is recieved.

Worked very well until payout Worked very well until payout. Took over a week with no customer support replies or help. The update speed between broker and dashboard is also slow. Seems like there isn’t enough employees and the current ones are overworked.
