This prop firm is very nice quick… This prop firm is very nice quick payouts with optimal trading conditions for in and out trades like me. No hidden rules and no trailing drawdown really help traders wanting to maximize their return from prop accounts. Solid 10/10

Slow chat response time have a 50k funded account that was cancelled due to daily drawdown. DD was 3000 and i lost 2200. they wrongfully cancelled the account. after 2 days of constant messages to 5 different team members, the account is live again... thankfully. chat support is slow and the do not put much effort into their message but the problem was fixed. hopefully taking a payout does not bring me any more issues. will update when payout is recieved.

In order to judge any company you have… In order to judge any company you have to know who is behind it. TJR has been a mentor of mine and he looks to always deliver quality and 1of1 is no exception. I truly trust in the people behind 1of1to be client oriented and only provide the best in the prop firm space. I had a log-in issue when I first got started, and they responded to my email in les than 3 minutes. They have that level of customer service. Truly recommended!

If I could give less than one star I… If I could give less than one star I would. They made me wait two weeks for a payout just to say my account hit max daily drawdown when I haven’t traded on it due to the fact that I was waiting for a payout. I highly recommend stay clear from this firm. Unless you like wasting time.

Worked very well until payout Worked very well until payout. Took over a week with no customer support replies or help. The update speed between broker and dashboard is also slow. Seems like there isn’t enough employees and the current ones are overworked.
