Slow chat response time have a 50k funded account that was cancelled due to daily drawdown. DD was 3000 and i lost 2200. they wrongfully cancelled the account. after 2 days of constant messages to 5 different team members, the account is live again... thankfully. chat support is slow and the do not put much effort into their message but the problem was fixed. hopefully taking a payout does not bring me any more issues. will update when payout is recieved.

Excellent support I had a couple of queries regarding the credentials for my funded account and about the withdrawal process for another account of mine. Aidan has helped answer both queries over the last 2 days and he has been replying relatively quickly. The support team has drastically improved over the last few weeks as I’ve gone from receiving no reply after a week to receiving replies within a few hours. Only onwards and upwards from here. GIVE AIDAN A RAISE!!
