GBWebsite not well designed Website not well designed. Hard to get someone, always a long wait & mistakes with my payments. Refi loan officers would only give rates over the phone and not in writing even after running credit report. When decided to go for the refi the rate jumped more than 5 points in just 2 days during the time Feds was lowering rates?! Bait & switch. Another refi loan officer is non-responsive after running my credit score again. A waste of time & deduction on my credit scores for nothing .

GBIt's Just Okay So far the process of this cash out refi is going okay. I'm a little taken back by having to pay for the appraisal out of pocket. There are also more questions & documents that I've had to provide compared to my last refi a year or so ago. I wish I would have contacted my current lender to get a second quote but I didn't. I'm very curios to see what the final # is going to be.

GBSolicitation We kept getting your refinance letter and email. We’ve called several times but no answer. We’ve sent email and an appointment was set up but no call received. Made a follow up email. Finally, somebody called. Received an estimate, monthly payment was a little bit lower but we had to buy points. Informed loan officer “not interested” but we’re still getting solicited!
