Feedback Customer Service The closing costs were not fully explained. We were told they would be $1300 which they were but the additional costs involved were not shared up front. We had to clarify when the closing papers were sent. We did not receive the initial email regarding closing docs, requested an update after over a week of no news. They were resent but we felt communication was abrupt as though we were frustrating staff in not receiving the first email. We had to request updates along the way.

It's Just Okay So far the process of this cash out refi is going okay. I'm a little taken back by having to pay for the appraisal out of pocket. There are also more questions & documents that I've had to provide compared to my last refi a year or so ago. I wish I would have contacted my current lender to get a second quote but I didn't. I'm very curios to see what the final # is going to be.
