Website not well designed Website not well designed. Hard to get someone, always a long wait & mistakes with my payments. Refi loan officers would only give rates over the phone and not in writing even after running credit report. When decided to go for the refi the rate jumped more than 5 points in just 2 days during the time Feds was lowering rates?! Bait & switch. Another refi loan officer is non-responsive after running my credit score again. A waste of time & deduction on my credit scores for nothing .

There was no delay in the process and I am closing on the date I was told. **Update** I get a call the DAY before my closing that there was some things missing and they needed to push my date. It was changed to a week later. Once again, I receive a call DAY before the new closing date that everything is done but just waiting on underwriter to approve. Well, that date was missed bc underwriter never got to it! It’s Now 10 days after my initial closing date and still waiting on underwriter to stamp my docs. The lawyer explained to my lender that if I didn’t close on the second date they wouldn’t have any new dates until 2 wks later. I only have 5 days left on my apt.
