Arc home loan worker Arc home loan worker, worked together with me in giving me all the. Information I need to be able to succeed in getting through to refinance my house. I will recommend my friends to ARC home loan should they need to refinance their homes. Arc home is better than others, because they are fast.

My loan agent My loan agent (Luis) went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns and questions are addressed accordingly. He's was very kind, understanding and readily available. I'm happy to have him and would like to work with him again if given the opportunity

How about common sense loan documentation I understand that certain steps have to be taken when getting a home loan. However,if you are a current customer with no late payments ever in history of loan, and your refinance will lower your payments nearly 1/3, seems that a few things should not be required. Sure; check that credit rating is still high and no lawsuits for delinquent payments are on file. Once you see that bank statements show the same income sources, why do you continue to need documents? Same house same borrowers lower payments. Simple logic...make rules that are not one size fits all. They pay on time now: what are the odds they will continue the auto payments on a lower rate??? Probably 100%....

Website not well designed Website not well designed. Hard to get someone, always a long wait & mistakes with my payments. Refi loan officers would only give rates over the phone and not in writing even after running credit report. When decided to go for the refi the rate jumped more than 5 points in just 2 days during the time Feds was lowering rates?! Bait & switch. Another refi loan officer is non-responsive after running my credit score again. A waste of time & deduction on my credit scores for nothing .

Feedback Customer Service The closing costs were not fully explained. We were told they would be $1300 which they were but the additional costs involved were not shared up front. We had to clarify when the closing papers were sent. We did not receive the initial email regarding closing docs, requested an update after over a week of no news. They were resent but we felt communication was abrupt as though we were frustrating staff in not receiving the first email. We had to request updates along the way.
