GBThis has been the best buying experience... This has been the best buying experience ever! Everyone I spoke with has been prompt, friendly and informative in their response. There was no delay in the process and I am closing on the date I was told. **Update** I get a call the DAY before my closing that there was some things missing and they needed to push my date. It was changed to a week later. Once again, I receive a call DAY before the new closing date that everything is done but just waiting on underwriter to approve. Well, that date was missed bc underwriter never got to it! It’s Now 10 days after my initial closing date and still waiting on underwriter to stamp my docs. The lawyer explained to my lender that if I didn’t close on the second date they wouldn’t have any new dates until 2 wks later. I only have 5 days left on my apt.

GBFeedback Customer Service The closing costs were not fully explained. We were told they would be $1300 which they were but the additional costs involved were not shared up front. We had to clarify when the closing papers were sent. We did not receive the initial email regarding closing docs, requested an update after over a week of no news. They were resent but we felt communication was abrupt as though we were frustrating staff in not receiving the first email. We had to request updates along the way.
