GREAT Experience GREAT Experience I had a great review refinancing our property with Arc Home. They held the mortgage previously and decided i would respond to them when reached out to schedule an appointment to evaluate whether it would be wise to refinance. Amazingly we completed the process in just less than 30 days! And that's when many others are doing the same thing! Everyone was super helpful and kept us on task! Thanks everyone!

Feedback Customer Service The closing costs were not fully explained. We were told they would be $1300 which they were but the additional costs involved were not shared up front. We had to clarify when the closing papers were sent. We did not receive the initial email regarding closing docs, requested an update after over a week of no news. They were resent but we felt communication was abrupt as though we were frustrating staff in not receiving the first email. We had to request updates along the way.

Solicitation We kept getting your refinance letter and email. We’ve called several times but no answer. We’ve sent email and an appointment was set up but no call received. Made a follow up email. Finally, somebody called. Received an estimate, monthly payment was a little bit lower but we had to buy points. Informed loan officer “not interested” but we’re still getting solicited!

We have purchased many homes and… We have purchased many homes and refinanced a few times. This time by far was our most pleasant experience. Patrick took his time and explained every step and we looked at my different avenues to take. Patrick made sure we had the best deal and made sure we understood everything.

There was great communication in the… There was great communication in the beginning of the process. Once the rate was locked, the communication stopped until a couple of weeks later when it’s ready to sign. The experience would improve if there was an occasional status update or a way a customer can track online with perhaps target dates and percent complete.
