GBFeedback Customer Service The closing costs were not fully explained. We were told they would be $1300 which they were but the additional costs involved were not shared up front. We had to clarify when the closing papers were sent. We did not receive the initial email regarding closing docs, requested an update after over a week of no news. They were resent but we felt communication was abrupt as though we were frustrating staff in not receiving the first email. We had to request updates along the way.

GBThere was great communication in the… There was great communication in the beginning of the process. Once the rate was locked, the communication stopped until a couple of weeks later when it’s ready to sign. The experience would improve if there was an occasional status update or a way a customer can track online with perhaps target dates and percent complete.
