I actually will say a few things. First their customer service is a joke after being assigned a rep and a senior manager at that I had sent over 60 e-mail to him over a 3month period of time asking, pleading and eventually begging for a phone call from them and over that period of time I had never received a single phone call not one. Second I turned in all the required documents that were asked for only to have them ask for them again and again by this time I had so started working with H_____P they had me done and funded in 5wks. Unison is still asking for documentation again. People if you ever listen to what reviews say believe this one run and don't look back .

We were a bit nervous about the co-investor concept, but out point of contact very patiently walked through all of the details, the important things to be aware of, and the necessary info and timelines involved. I would highly recommend speaking with the team at Unison before looking at HELOCs, simply to get all of your options. We're glad we did.

They keep saying someone will reach out but no one ever does. STEER CLEAR of this company. They will keep you waiting forever after you sign your documents **Update: Almost 2 weeks after Unison responded below I finally got through to them (they never called me). They said they don't know when I'll be funded, and they have no estimation.

Once everything was signed and notarized it took less then a week until the agreed Value showed up on my bank account. Now I got the down payment on hand to secure my dream-house / retirement property without worrying about an incredible high interest rate/ mortgage.
