I agree with the previous customer I agree with the previous customer that it’s very difficult to refinance with any lender , because of Unison terms and condition. It was extremely difficult to find any lender that c would touc this loan. I wished i would’ve stuck with a traditional 2nd loan. Believe me less drama and headaches. I missed out on the low rate train and had to stick with my current rate Also when unison completed their appraisal ( with a 3rd party 😉) it was lower than other comps in my neighborhood. Highly advised using other avenues.

Ok but a little disappointed The person who assisted me was good and helpful however the appraisal was inaccurate to me and I really didn’t get to do what I wanted as I didn’t get enough funds because of appraisal. The house was appraised at 257K while my neighbor who has the same size house as me sold his house two weeks later at 379K. I just needed an extra 10,000 to do a fence but I think the appraisal could have been better. However I do appreciate the help I got but it could have been better.

They were very helpful at every stage and never treated us as if we stupid or a nuisance like we were by a different financial institution. Best solution for me! Working with Brandon was an easy process from stat to finish. After trying to work with another company that strung me along for almost a year, this was a pleasant surprise. Very professional and they keep things moving along. It was a nice perk that they had their notary come to my home to sign closing documents. Highly recommend.

Things went smoothly Once we got past the prelims, process was quick and painless. Only wish that we couldve put a few thousand less into or mortgage balance so we had more funds. Would have preferred to put $12,000 towards balance instead of $18,000. Otherwise, everything was great.
