GBProduct malfunctioned and received customer service We bought a Petlibro Granary automatic feeder for our cats at the beginning of last summer from Amazon. A couple of months ago the audio gave out and sounded like terrible static, which our cats did not like. I contacted customer service about this issue and how it was covered under the warranty. They made this process very difficult, they would suggest one very involved “troubleshooting” step in each email and imply they would then send a replacement unit, only to ask us to perform another troubleshooting step in the email. We complied and sent evidence of the persistent issue, and after about 5 back and forth emails, they said they would finally be sending a replacement unit and had the audacity to send a PART of the device, so we had to disassemble the whole unit to install the replacement part. Bad customer service and doesn’t give us much faith in the products, would recommend finding a more customer-focused automatic feeder brand.

GBThe Capsule Water Fountain is the best! I'm very happy with the design of the petlibro capsule water fountain. It's far better than the other fountains I've purchased before. The water is entirely enclosed and doesn't spill when full. Being able to use the spout or not is a nice touch as well. It's well built and easy to clean. Such a great product for a reasonable price.

ATSuch a scam Such a scam. The tracking number stated delivered, but I did not receive everything. I have ordered 4 items of water fountain, water fountain filters, automatic feeder, and automatic feeder drying bag. I only received 1 tracking number, and I only received the water fountain filters. I paid for over €200 worth of items, but only received the cheapest things. I tried to contact their CS, only available via email which is bad to solve this kind of issue. However, even after contacted, I usually only get 1 reply and there is no follow up at all nor solution. I should've trusted the bad ratings here, now I pay the price :(

GBPetlibro wireless water fountain Recently I bought a wireless water fountain. The product looks nice, but unfortunately does not fit its purpose. If you want to use the wireless function, the water does not run, just runs based on motion, which puts my cats out. Tried to return the item, but I was out of the 30 days and I was in the process of trying to teach the cats to use it. Dispite the issue, the customer service was very good. They sent a request to see if the product can be improved and also offered 30% off due the fact that they cannot refund entirely. I found it a good gesture. Not what I want as a product (pretty but not fit to its purpose).... but reasonable response and attitude.

GBLove this idea and well made toy Love this idea and well made toy! I've had this for a few weeks but just recently unpacked it. My 6 yr old cat hasn't spent much time with it yet but is intrigued with this speedy little mouse. Reminds me of my robotic vacuum: areas need to be blocked off to allow the mouse to roam freely without too many obstacles which it handles well enough until it goes under my TV console where there are cords. I just need to resolve those tricky spots. Great toy.
