The company is a scam i ordered product… The company is a scam i ordered product from them never even left the warhouse. when i checked the order status it said it was delivered on petlebro website a day after i ordered product even though ups never recieved it. You cant even call them only emails that never get responded to. The feeders themselves are great order from a different place other than petlebro or you to will be a victim. Great product poor business no phone what with that.

I just love this product I just love this product. It’s solid, well-made and arrived quickly (3 business days). It was relatively straight-forward to set up, and the app is pretty intuitive. Having gps and Wi-Fi catfaps, this completes my cat tech collection! In a multi cat household things get crazy at feeding time. This is one bit of those meals now managed, and it’s easy to adjust how much they’re getting on the fly - whether you’re there or away. Fantastic product. I got the camera model (two of them), which I kind of feel is needed to check whether the amounts being delivered are right. And of course it’s fun to see snapshots of your pets snacking. :)

Overall great fountain, but a couple design tweaks would make it perfect! Overall, we are very happy with this water fountain and I would have given it 5 stars except for two design issues. The first is the lack of ease in opening it up. Once the lid is pressed into place creating the proper suction for the pump, it's difficult to get a good grip to open it. I've tried not pushing the top down too much but then the flow seems a bit low. Mainly we use a butter knife to pry it up. So if some type of handle could be included in the design, that would be very helpful. The second request would be to have a glass see-through window in order to see exactly how much water is left in the reservoir. I've had a couple close calls with water getting almost below the pump. If those changes were made, this would be an ideal cat fountain as far as we're concerned!

I returned this I returned this. It was not very heavy at all; in fact, much too lightweight. But the thing that made me decide to return this item was that in the care and instructions, it said that a filter and something else needed to be changed every two weeks. Nothing extra came with it so I’m assuming you would have to find that online and then buy them as well.

Good babbling bad mold My cat prefers the babbling over the stream. But the filter was only good for 10 days when pink mold and junk appeared and my cat started looking for water elsewhere.
