Incredible Customer Service Incredible Customer Service! I have used the water fountain before, different model. I ordered a new one and had a notification that it was delivered, although I could not find it. I emailed the company after hours, and to my surprise, I received a personal response within an hour. For the next 24 hours, the follow up and concern they showed was amazing. I have a long career in customer service, in various industries, and the service I received has been truly inspirational. Package was delivered as said, but in a completely different location by carrier. The cat loves this product and as his keeper, it is reassuring he is consuming more water. Keep doing what you’re doing👏

Such a scam Such a scam. The tracking number stated delivered, but I did not receive everything. I have ordered 4 items of water fountain, water fountain filters, automatic feeder, and automatic feeder drying bag. I only received 1 tracking number, and I only received the water fountain filters. I paid for over €200 worth of items, but only received the cheapest things. I tried to contact their CS, only available via email which is bad to solve this kind of issue. However, even after contacted, I usually only get 1 reply and there is no follow up at all nor solution. I should've trusted the bad ratings here, now I pay the price :(

My original negative review was deleted...DON'T BUY FROM PETLIBRO This is a dishonest company and their return guarantee is fake. I reported them to Instagram in response to their survey about my experience. Seems I'm not the only one with concerns. Also, the positive reviews on here aren't the same ones I read when I first bought from them. Petlibro finally responded to my 5 emails after I left the negative review below. I was emailed a return label and I sent the fountain back. USPS tracking shows the package was delivered 11 days ago. No confirmation of receipt was given and no refund has been processed. Once again my multiple emails asking for an update are unanswered. Protect yourself and buy elsewhere. Deceptive company practices - buyer beware (original review from 7/8/2021) I purchased this fountain 22 days ago directly from Petlibro. My cats are scared of it so I have no choice but to return it. I'm well within the 30-day return window and everything is in its original packaging, down to every little plastic bag it came in. Unfortunately, I'm getting no response to the two emails I've sent requesting a return. The company sent several follow-up emails after my purchase and now suddenly they're unreachable in spite of their 30 days money back guarantee. If you were thinking of giving this a try to see if your pets take to it look elsewhere because they will drag their feet in responding until the 30 days pass. I will be taking this up with my credit card.

Petlibro wireless water fountain Recently I bought a wireless water fountain. The product looks nice, but unfortunately does not fit its purpose. If you want to use the wireless function, the water does not run, just runs based on motion, which puts my cats out. Tried to return the item, but I was out of the 30 days and I was in the process of trying to teach the cats to use it. Dispite the issue, the customer service was very good. They sent a request to see if the product can be improved and also offered 30% off due the fact that they cannot refund entirely. I found it a good gesture. Not what I want as a product (pretty but not fit to its purpose).... but reasonable response and attitude.

I returned this I returned this. It was not very heavy at all; in fact, much too lightweight. But the thing that made me decide to return this item was that in the care and instructions, it said that a filter and something else needed to be changed every two weeks. Nothing extra came with it so I’m assuming you would have to find that online and then buy them as well.
