Naturally, there are outside questions surrounding subscriptions, renewals, upgrades from monthly to annual, and some occasional churn. The SA subscription team has been great to partner with and very responsive, a must in fast paced world. They are very customer centric, think and act like smart business people.

ILQuality service and generous company too I used seeking alpha for few years and it was very good. However I decided to stop investing in individual stocks and for the 3 indexes I don't need seeking alpha. I forgot aobut it and got billed for next year. I asked for a refund and closed the account and they agreed to do it. This is very good.

ESLots of contradictory reviews, IMPOSSIBLE to get money back. The two stars are because they do publish a huge amount of information. Reason for not renewing: With very few exceptions... you will receive 5 messages with BUY ratings and 5 messages with sell ratings (for the same stock, again and again) I let the first year go by and the same day of Renewal I told them to please cancel, I called my CC (Citi) and told them to reverse that charge. Seekingalpha fought tooth and nail and got the CC company to say that even though I reversed the charge THE EXACT DAY of the transaction, I was FORCED TO BUY such useless service. To add insult to financial injury... I was forced to accept their service at $239 per year of BUY-SELL ambiguous contradictions and: I CANNOT EVEN LOGIN because Seekingalpha cancelled my FORCED premium service. Honest suggestion: Steer clear! I pay for M...Y Fo...s every year! Much more serious, much less ambiguous and no FORCED subscriptions.

CAgood flow of information overall. good flow of information overall. the person i spoke with ... was a person ... vs. a bott they were good at getting to my issue which was have i paid you since i'm having credit card issues and they were great thanks
