Stay away Tl;dr: -They messed up my takes and I owed >$17k -I paid a ton of $$ in penalties -Nobody would explain how to even pay these taxes or make the payments--I had to tell them -When I tried to get in touch with them, nobody responded to me -My business went under as a result and I had to move back with my parents I can't believe I got scammed like that 😂😂😂

The most patient, helpful team! As a graphic designer, I am the first to admit that I would rather focus my time on creative projects than bookkeeping and taxes. Great experience with Collective I have used them for over 2 years now and have been really happy with the help I have received whenever I have asked for it.
