Great experience with Collective I have used them for over 2 years now and have been really happy with the help I have received whenever I have asked for it. My direct contact Matt is fantastic and always so helpful whenever I request a call, even with the most in depth questions that I come up with. My only con is that I wish I would have signed up with them earlier as they really do help me with managing the part of my business I don't know much about and help a ton with all of my tax planning and returns!

UPSELL UPSELL UPSELL You're not going to work with someone in America. If you care about that, that's going to be an issue. I explained my situation and they were happy to take my $3,700. I just got an email that they want me to form a new LLC for an additional $500. I guess my first $3700 wasn't enough of an upsell. I haven't received an email back and now I'm seeking a refund with a company that has no contact number or phone support. Just a sinle email. Sketchy.

They canceled my memberships after 3… They canceled my memberships after 3 months ( got 1 free month because of the Black Friday deal ), but they didn't do the onboarding process till January, and the person who did the onboarding said that they were too new to help me because I have both 1099 and W2, so she said she'll cancel my membership and referred me to try using another company. Since they took the money out of my bank account, so I asked for a refund. I did get 1 month only but I was supposed to get 2 months because they were supposed to let me know the first place before I signed up. This morning I was still trying to get my refund for another month since they never helped me anyway and guess what?? No one cares enough to reply to my email or answer my chat on their Instagram! Don’t fall for anything they promise you to do, you wasting your time and money and yet, they ignore you when you are trying to speak up!

The most patient, helpful team! As a graphic designer, I am the first to admit that I would rather focus my time on creative projects than bookkeeping and taxes. Outsourcing those tasks to Collective the last couple years has been one of my best business decisions. It gave me time back to focus on the parts of my business I LOVE, while knowing that all of my business financial ducks are in a row with Collective managing it all. Their team of experts is so incredibly patient with all of my questions and helped me form my LLC/S Corp seamlessly. I have had the best experience with their services and highly recommend them to any small business soloprenuer. 100% worth the investment.

Collective makes my life easier and… Collective makes my life easier and lets me focus on growing my business. Starting a business was a big leap for me and Collective helped me crawl-walk-run through the process. I am now 9 months in and running full speed ahead. I have a good workflow of how I work with Collective which takes minimal time. And I love that whenever I have random accounting or tax questions, I send an email to my team (Janet and Jezra are amazing) and they respond almost immediately.
