I signed up with Collective but they helped me determine that the tax savings wouldn't make it worth it for me. They talked to me, explained it and sent a full and prompt refund. An absolute must!! ABSOLUTELY love everything collective has done (and continues to do!) for my business. My only regret is not working with them sooner–I can't tell you how much stress they've relieved!

Collective makes my life easier and… Collective makes my life easier and lets me focus on growing my business. Starting a business was a big leap for me and Collective helped me crawl-walk-run through the process. I am now 9 months in and running full speed ahead. I have a good workflow of how I work with Collective which takes minimal time. And I love that whenever I have random accounting or tax questions, I send an email to my team (Janet and Jezra are amazing) and they respond almost immediately. Great experience with Collective I have used them for over 2 years now and have been really happy with the help I have received whenever I have asked for it. My direct contact Matt is fantastic and always so helpful whenever I request a call, even with the most in depth questions that I come up with. My only con is that I wish I would have signed up with them earlier as they really do help me with managing the part of my business I don't know much about and help a ton with all of my tax planning and returns!

Stay far away... If you're a creator, stay far away from Collective. Their service is unreliable, and it's impossible to get ahold of one person who is actually able to get anything done. During sales calls, I was promised their tax service would be prompt. I gave them everything they needed mid-Jan and explained I was pregnant (due Apr 1st), so I needed my business tax return ASAP. I was promised it would be prioritized. Instead, it's been over a month, I've been passed around to about a dozen different people, and I still have yet to receive anything I need. Communication is slow. Their dashboard is buggy and annoying to use. I've also received emails from them with other business financial data, so their privacy and security are also major concerns. As a business owner, I don't like having my time wasted. The whole point of turning to this service was to save me time. Instead, I've quadrupled the number of hours I'm spending on the financial side of things because I have to waste so much time chasing them to get anything done. All in all, just a terrible experience, and I wish I'd never used them.
