I just got an email that they want me to form a new LLC for an additional $500. I guess my first $3700 wasn't enough of an upsell. I haven't received an email back and now I'm seeking a refund with a company that has no contact number or phone support. Just a sinle email. Sketchy.

They canceled my memberships after 3… They canceled my memberships after 3 months ( got 1 free month because of the Black Friday deal ), but they didn't do the onboarding process till January, and the person who did the onboarding said that they were too new to help me because I have both 1099 and W2, so she said she'll cancel my membership and referred me to try using another company. Since they took the money out of my bank account, so I asked for a refund. I did get 1 month only but I was supposed to get 2 months because they were supposed to let me know the first place before I signed up. This morning I was still trying to get my refund for another month since they never helped me anyway and guess what?? No one cares enough to reply to my email or answer my chat on their Instagram! Don’t fall for anything they promise you to do, you wasting your time and money and yet, they ignore you when you are trying to speak up!

The most patient, helpful team! As a graphic designer, I am the first to admit that I would rather focus my time on creative projects than bookkeeping and taxes.
