GBOptimized the way I do business Collective has taken a huge burden off my shoulders and saved my business quite a bit of money. Look money isn't my strong suit (other than making it), and to know I'm in good hands is :chefs kiss:. It allows me to focus on the more important things in business.

GBCollective Handles the Hard Stuff Collective handles all the difficult bookkeeping and payroll aspects of running your own business and they do it while saving you tons on your taxes. You're paired with real people who genuinely care about your success and that, in and of itself, makes the cost worth it over and over again.

GBThey canceled my memberships after 3… They canceled my memberships after 3 months ( got 1 free month because of the Black Friday deal ), but they didn't do the onboarding process till January, and the person who did the onboarding said that they were too new to help me because I have both 1099 and W2, so she said she'll cancel my membership and referred me to try using another company. Since they took the money out of my bank account, so I asked for a refund. I did get 1 month only but I was supposed to get 2 months because they were supposed to let me know the first place before I signed up. This morning I was still trying to get my refund for another month since they never helped me anyway and guess what?? No one cares enough to reply to my email or answer my chat on their Instagram! Don’t fall for anything they promise you to do, you wasting your time and money and yet, they ignore you when you are trying to speak up!

GBRun away as fast as you can Run away fast. 1) Their work is frequently wrong. I've had issues every tax return. If I didnt catch them I would have lost money. The first time they told me to pay $50K in additional taxes when taxes were due. Turns out I was entitled to $30K refund. The second time I caught a mistake, I would have had to pay $20K in extra taxes if I didn't correct 2) Their advice is bad. i end up with a way larger tax return every year than I should, while at the same time incurring penalties. 3) Their communication is bad - very confusing, hard to follow, and hard to get a hold of when you really need them

GB5 stars for Jennifer Rutledge 5 stars for Jennifer Rutledge 2 stars for Collective’s system and policies Jen was so helpful to soothing my anger about how communication has been and the system they have to communicate with the bookkeeper Aser. Jen thoroughly has been great sharing transparency but not making excuses for the bad experience I’ve had. She even comp a month of services bc I shared after filing for both business and personal taxes I will no longer continue with collective. They have no efficient way of categorizing expenses it’s all do it yourself spreadsheets which leaves room for error even though they have you link your bank statements to a 3rd software party. Gusto is one software Collective is another platform And the book keeping platform. So unifies for 300 a month. Compared to quick books.
