Cash Call is the Best! We have taken out 5 mortgages with Cash Call Mortgage over the past 6 years. Two were in Hawaii, 3 in California. Lydia went above and beyond her call of duty and helped me every step of the way and she never once got angry when I had to ask questions or lagged in getting her the paperwork. Great experience on my home refinance Great experience on my home refinance. I still cant believe it how smooth & easy & how fast it went less then two weeks no hassles. Great customer service. Very fast & accurate. I had tried Pacific Marine,Union Bank,Loan Depot,Ocwen & California Coast Credit Union & none of those could help me. I almost gave up until my husband heard this company on the radio thats when he called John at Cashcall & him & Amy made my loan close in about 10days. Wow im so greatfull for this great company. Changed amounts on loan docs and payoffs!! NOT OK Loan closed a week ago with different amounts on the closing docs I signed and on the final closing statement I received after the closing. Also received checks for credit card payoffs that weren't approved by me or discussed with me and aren't on closing docs I signed. I can't get anyone to return a phone call or e-mail to discuss so I'm meeting with a real estate attorney tomorrow to enlist his help. They've given me no other choice.
