After talking to Loan officer and … After talking to Loan officer and providing personal information, and to expect a follow up status later that day, however, shortly thereafter, after calling and leave a voicemail to ask for status updates over many times no one respond to emails or calls.. What a waste of time and he has all my personal info!!.. SMH

Smooth sailing to closing... Let me begin with a heartfelt thank you to Andrew Kiemm and Racquel Bantiles who were extremely helpful above and beyond there expected job. It was with out a doubt an experience that we were skeptical about due to our credit situation, but Andrew was there for assurance and help getting us over those hurdles. Changed amounts on loan docs and payoffs!! NOT OK Loan closed a week ago with different amounts on the closing docs I signed and on the final closing statement I received after the closing. Also received checks for credit card payoffs that weren't approved by me or discussed with me and aren't on closing docs I signed. I can't get anyone to return a phone call or e-mail to discuss so I'm meeting with a real estate attorney tomorrow to enlist his help. They've given me no other choice.

What an amazing experience What an amazing experience, my finances and package is not an easy one and it was none quickly and efficiently and I worked with two of the most amazing and professional people. First Steven Spriggs and Lydia Vidriales. Lydia went above and beyond her call of duty and helped me every step of the way and she never once got angry when I had to ask questions or lagged in getting her the paperwork. Thank you so much for helping me when I needed it the most. I can honestly say that this refinance and cash out has saved my life for myself and my children.

I gave 4 stars because I couldn't give … I gave 4 stars because I couldn't give 4 3/4 and everyone needs room for improvement!! Although not A lot of improvement needed here. Not only was everything handled properly it was quick and painless. Even tho I have perfect credit and income cash call helped me when my current mortgage company wouldn't. Great job!!
