Changed amounts on loan docs and payoffs!! NOT OK Loan closed a week ago with different amounts on the closing docs I signed and on the final closing statement I received after the closing. Also received checks for credit card payoffs that weren't approved by me or discussed with me and aren't on closing docs I signed. I can't get anyone to return a phone call or e-mail to discuss so I'm meeting with a real estate attorney tomorrow to enlist his help. They've given me no other choice.

The moment he answered the call he been super helpful and explained everything clearly. This was the fastest refinanced I ever had. So I am really pleased. Cash Call is the Best! We have taken out 5 mortgages with Cash Call Mortgage over the past 6 years. Two were in Hawaii, 3 in California. We received unequalled care and attention to our loans and they were processed quickly and competently. Even when there was an unavoidable delay caused by another parties lender, they came through for us. I cannot praise Mike DiSarro and our processor Adrienne highly enough. We will never use another lender-Cash Call is the Best!

Was a nightmare from start to finish Was a nightmare from start to finish! Delay after delay....had to submit the same information numerous times. Told us "we should close next week" for about 3 months, and only finalized after I made a formal complaint to the CA business oversight commission. Never again. As soon as I can re-finance with another company, will do, even if I have to pay a higher rate.

Smooth sailing to closing... Let me begin with a heartfelt thank you to Andrew Kiemm and Racquel Bantiles who were extremely helpful above and beyond there expected job. It was with out a doubt an experience that we were skeptical about due to our credit situation, but Andrew was there for assurance and help getting us over those hurdles.
