GBNo follow through They’re quick, but you kind of get lost in the process, there was no follow-up. I had to contact cash call to get information regarding required documents. There was no communication regarding funds needed to close, when they said there would be no closing costs. I was contacted the day before my rate expired asking me for a check. The notary person they sent made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. I emailed the loan processor to see if my loan funded, received a one word email “yesterday”. Wouldn’t recommend cash call to anyone else.

GBWas a nightmare from start to finish Was a nightmare from start to finish! Delay after delay....had to submit the same information numerous times. Told us "we should close next week" for about 3 months, and only finalized after I made a formal complaint to the CA business oversight commission. Never again. As soon as I can re-finance with another company, will do, even if I have to pay a higher rate.
