Great experience on my home refinance Great experience on my home refinance. I still cant believe it how smooth & easy & how fast it went less then two weeks no hassles. Great customer service. Very fast & accurate. I had tried Pacific Marine,Union Bank,Loan Depot,Ocwen & California Coast Credit Union & none of those could help me. I almost gave up until my husband heard this company on the radio thats when he called John at Cashcall & him & Amy made my loan close in about 10days. Wow im so greatfull for this great company. He helped a lot for reissuing my disbursement where the actual loan processor was hard to get a hold of or not very responsive. I had my money sent out by fedex where I was expecting a wire transfer. Ruddy quickly took care of the process and made the correction to my request, I really appreciate his work beyond the call of duty.
