No follow through They’re quick, but you kind of get lost in the process, there was no follow-up. I had to contact cash call to get information regarding required documents. There was no communication regarding funds needed to close, when they said there would be no closing costs. I was contacted the day before my rate expired asking me for a check. The notary person they sent made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. I emailed the loan processor to see if my loan funded, received a one word email “yesterday”. Wouldn’t recommend cash call to anyone else.

Quick, easy, fast, efficient This is the second time we've refinanced with CashCall Mortgage. They were amazing both times! They were the quickest and easiest mortgage experiences we've ever had. This is the worst company for anyone… This is the worst company for anyone who wants an honest process. The "Manager" John was rude and said he would have answers but did not, he never called back or handled my loan process. We finally started another application and it was done by the time this company called us for more items! I had to call the manager so many times, he finally referred me back to the processor who did not respond to me either. Buyer beware.

What a waste of time and he has all my personal info!!.. SMH
