Changed amounts on loan docs and payoffs!! NOT OK Loan closed a week ago with different amounts on the closing docs I signed and on the final closing statement I received after the closing. Also received checks for credit card payoffs that weren't approved by me or discussed with me and aren't on closing docs I signed. I can't get anyone to return a phone call or e-mail to discuss so I'm meeting with a real estate attorney tomorrow to enlist his help. They've given me no other choice.

Lydia went above and beyond her call of duty and helped me every step of the way and she never once got angry when I had to ask questions or lagged in getting her the paperwork. Thank you so much for helping me when I needed it the most. I can honestly say that this refinance and cash out has saved my life for myself and my children.

No follow through They’re quick, but you kind of get lost in the process, there was no follow-up. I had to contact cash call to get information regarding required documents. There was no communication regarding funds needed to close, when they said there would be no closing costs. I was contacted the day before my rate expired asking me for a check. The notary person they sent made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. I emailed the loan processor to see if my loan funded, received a one word email “yesterday”. Wouldn’t recommend cash call to anyone else.

Told us "we should close next week" for about 3 months, and only finalized after I made a formal complaint to the CA business oversight commission. Never again. As soon as I can re-finance with another company, will do, even if I have to pay a higher rate.
