No follow through They’re quick, but you kind of get lost in the process, there was no follow-up. I had to contact cash call to get information regarding required documents. There was no communication regarding funds needed to close, when they said there would be no closing costs. I was contacted the day before my rate expired asking me for a check. The notary person they sent made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. I emailed the loan processor to see if my loan funded, received a one word email “yesterday”. Wouldn’t recommend cash call to anyone else.

What an amazing experience What an amazing experience, my finances and package is not an easy one and it was none quickly and efficiently and I worked with two of the most amazing and professional people. First Steven Spriggs and Lydia Vidriales. Lydia went above and beyond her call of duty and helped me every step of the way and she never once got angry when I had to ask questions or lagged in getting her the paperwork. Thank you so much for helping me when I needed it the most. I can honestly say that this refinance and cash out has saved my life for myself and my children.

Great Job CC (CashCall) closed the loan within 40 days of receiving my call. The reps were very responsive and always took my call or called me back immediately. I have closed many real estate loans with varying types of lenders and have never had a better experience. Who'd go to Wells, Chase or any of the others when you have the CC option? Quick, easy, fast, efficient This is the second time we've refinanced with CashCall Mortgage. They were amazing both times! They were the quickest and easiest mortgage experiences we've ever had. CashCall was organized and efficient and they were great about communicating with us. Plus, we closed within a couple of weeks each time. So awesome!

I gave 4 stars because I couldn't give … I gave 4 stars because I couldn't give 4 3/4 and everyone needs room for improvement!! Although not A lot of improvement needed here. Not only was everything handled properly it was quick and painless. Even tho I have perfect credit and income cash call helped me when my current mortgage company wouldn't. Great job!!
