No follow through They’re quick, but you kind of get lost in the process, there was no follow-up. I had to contact cash call to get information regarding required documents. There was no communication regarding funds needed to close, when they said there would be no closing costs. I was contacted the day before my rate expired asking me for a check. The notary person they sent made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. I emailed the loan processor to see if my loan funded, received a one word email “yesterday”. Wouldn’t recommend cash call to anyone else.

Was a nightmare from start to finish Was a nightmare from start to finish! Delay after delay....had to submit the same information numerous times. Told us "we should close next week" for about 3 months, and only finalized after I made a formal complaint to the CA business oversight commission. Never again. As soon as I can re-finance with another company, will do, even if I have to pay a higher rate.

Cash Call is the Best! We have taken out 5 mortgages with Cash Call Mortgage over the past 6 years. Two were in Hawaii, 3 in California. We received unequalled care and attention to our loans and they were processed quickly and competently. Even when there was an unavoidable delay caused by another parties lender, they came through for us. I cannot praise Mike DiSarro and our processor Adrienne highly enough. We will never use another lender-Cash Call is the Best!

This is the worst company for anyone… This is the worst company for anyone who wants an honest process. The "Manager" John was rude and said he would have answers but did not, he never called back or handled my loan process. We finally started another application and it was done by the time this company called us for more items! I had to call the manager so many times, he finally referred me back to the processor who did not respond to me either. Buyer beware.

Excellent service Excellent service; fast, smooth, seamless... my agent was always helpful, patient and very accessible, even before and after business hours! This was our third time using CashCall, they initially had helped us on a difficult re-fi our own bank wouldn't touch!
