Damage Card Replacement I called to ask why my replacement card hadn't arrived. Rep was friendly and courteous. Rep assured me that I would receive my card soon and credit back the expedite fee that was charged for mailing out card, since it was past the three business days.

I called to advise I accidentally made… I called to advise I accidentally made two payments this month and I wanted to remove one. He confirmed and said the extra payment had been removed.
