Totally disappointed Totally disappointed. I felt that it was nothing more than a bait-and-switch scheme. The deal sounded great until I looked at the fine print, and then I saw the light. A low ball initial offer, and then, after a Good Faith Deposit, POW, it's much more than initially estimated! After trying to back out of the deal due to it, I get no response to my cancellation and a request for a refund. Never again!

The salespeople and staff have been… The salespeople and staff have been very helpful. The issues we've encountered were with product failures and product delivered damaged. Failures: Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Wicrowaive. Damaged: Patio Door, Oven, Hood Vent. I hope this is helpful.

An extremely fortunate email! I received an email from LowerMyBills asking if I had considered refinancing our house. It did not seem like the usual junk mail, so I filled out the included questionnaire and submitted it. Not long after, I received a phone call from Alisa of Rocket Mortgage who helped me through the online process of applying for a new mortgage at a much better rate. The loan was conditionally approved two days later, and we will now be saving $420 per month in payments. Thank you, LowerMyBills, for opening this door and opportunity.
