GBFinal Follow Up Well, Day 20 and parcel arrived by USPS Parcel Select. This has to be the equivalent of Media Snail Mail. No clue on the cost of this gift but contents may cost $10. Word of caution, do not give a kitten or cat a toy that items can be pulled from causing a choke hazzard. A much needed update on communication, notification of shipping and tracking may be a good idea on your part. I have no clue now on when my next parcel ships.

GBBegan On A Bad Foot I placed my initial order with Pet Treater on August 7. One August 9, my account showed that Newgistics had picked up my order to deliver to USPS. One week after placing my order (August 14), it still showed that my order still had not been delivered to USPS. I contacted them and was told that my order was shipped out on August 13. They told me that it takes 48 hours for tracking to show any movement. As of August 15, my order still has not been received by USPS. I canceled my subscription. It's sad because I was really looking forward to this. I may never receive this, but that most definitely have my money.

GBWe love pet treaters We love pet treaters! Our dog Snow is always excited to receive his box and loves the toys (he always like them better than the thousand of toys he already has), the treats are very good too and we have a picky eater (he also has food allergy and pet treater is always cautious and we never receive anything he allergic too!, we appreciate that so much).

GBMonthly Dog/Cat Toy & Treat Box I signed up for a monthly box and also added a donation to a program for Veterinary Services for those not able to pay. I was never sent a package shipping number but I was contacted when they attempted to charge my debit card, again for another box. It has been 16 days and I am still waiting on my first box.I contacted the company about not receiving my first box, I was referred back to the website's FAQ. I have canceled my account and will be requesting a refund. I cannot and will not recommend this company. Terrible experience.

GBGreat Subscription! Much more affordable than other big brand boxes! This is something I can do to treat my pup while supporting small businesses. Customer service is great and they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy! You won’t be disappointed with this subscription!
