Definitely Recommend! I've only gotten 3 shipments, so I'm fairly new, but so far I'm loving Pet Treater! Every month I've felt like the value matched or exceeded the subscription fee, and when I had questions before signing up the customer service team was very prompt and kind! One of my boxes got lost, so they sent a replacement, and when the original was finally found they had me donate it to a shelter instead of sending it back. ❤️ And my dog has loved everything so far!

Pet Treater is PERFECT For the price, this pet subscription is perfect! My pup loves plush toys and treats but he doesn't go through them very quickly, so I choose Pet Treater's mini dog pack over other subscriptions like Bark Box that are too expensive and give me too much stuff! With Pet Treater, for only $15 I can get usually one toy, a bag of treats and an extra baked snack, plus other surprises that are different every month! This is perfect for my Slade, and by the time the new pack arrives, he is ready for it!

Final Follow Up Well, Day 20 and parcel arrived by USPS Parcel Select. This has to be the equivalent of Media Snail Mail. No clue on the cost of this gift but contents may cost $10. Word of caution, do not give a kitten or cat a toy that items can be pulled from causing a choke hazzard. A much needed update on communication, notification of shipping and tracking may be a good idea on your part. I have no clue now on when my next parcel ships.

If I could give a 0 I would If I could give a 0 I would. The treatment is trash, and the membership is worse. If you ask anything, you are basically wrong. Unless you want to pay to be mistreated this membership is not for you.

Monthly Dog/Cat Toy & Treat Box I signed up for a monthly box and also added a donation to a program for Veterinary Services for those not able to pay. I was never sent a package shipping number but I was contacted when they attempted to charge my debit card, again for another box. It has been 16 days and I am still waiting on my first box.I contacted the company about not receiving my first box, I was referred back to the website's FAQ. I have canceled my account and will be requesting a refund. I cannot and will not recommend this company. Terrible experience.
