GBI am a new customer to petreater I am a new customer to petreater. My welcome box came in time and was satisfactory. I am still waiting to get my first month subscription box. 31 days and counting. After contacting the support team, I was given a prompt reply that my box would be sent priority shipping right away and a confirmation email will be sent when shipped. That was 4 days ago. When I contacted them again, I was given another excuse and another promise. CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL!

GBLove the Blue Box!!!!! The minute the blue box arrives our kitties are all over it! Toys immediately become prized possessions, treats are devoured and they look adorable in bows or bandanas. The empty blue box also provides hours of fun as they "sled" throughout the house! LOL! So glad our pet sitter recommended Pet Treater!

GBLove love love! This box has more than just the average subscription box toys and treats. For a lower price than compared subscriptions, you get more including grooming and interactive items! You are definitely getting your money’s worth in these boxes. From what I have experienced the service is super friendly, quick & easy. I would recommend this over any pet box I have looked into!

GBFinal Follow Up Well, Day 20 and parcel arrived by USPS Parcel Select. This has to be the equivalent of Media Snail Mail. No clue on the cost of this gift but contents may cost $10. Word of caution, do not give a kitten or cat a toy that items can be pulled from causing a choke hazzard. A much needed update on communication, notification of shipping and tracking may be a good idea on your part. I have no clue now on when my next parcel ships.

GBI placed my first order on 06/30 I placed my first order on 06/30. The website says if it’s your first shipment it ships immediately. It’s now 07/12 and I still don’t have my first box. I have emailed the company and never received anything back. I wrote to them on Facebook and was told “I’m out of the office but will look into it on Monday”. Customer service is terrible! Save yourself and go with another company!
