GBCommunication gets an F Awning was supposed to give me a quote and also more information about how my property would perform. Their representative never followed through or gave me a call back. His excuse was computer issues after this review, weeks later. However he had my contact information over email. Their representative was also looking at my LinkedIn and personal social media only after this review. Their management apologized that the reason is because they can’t work with every property. That is absolutely fine but I never heard back since their representatives told me he would look into all the information I gave with my properties. I would not recommend this company based on customer service and responsiveness. Be cautious of what information you share.

GBPLEASE READ AND STAY AWAY. U CAN FIND BETTER If I could give zero stars I would. Please don't use them. There is no direct point of contact. I'm still missing payments from guest that stayed in February its now April. They will pull money out your account for cleaning fees when there are no guest. Extremely disorganized company. That will never give you a straight forward answer when you call they always have to call you back lol..a joke!!!

GBSolid experience for a remote management company I was nervous at first based on some reviews, but I honestly had a good experience with awning. They created a great listing quickly and I got a booking within 7 days. They have good referrals and responded to feedback I provided. If I had another property I would use them again. I would recommend having at least one local person who can check on the property in an emergency.
