Buying Rental Properties Made Easy I have purchased 3 rental properties with them so far. It took me a few months to understand how they came up with the numbers and how the process works. But once I understood, I bought all 3 homes sight unseen. You still have to have some knowledge of what you want but they filter it so that you see the best properties listed on the MLS. Sean and Humberto helped me through the process and even recommended property managers. Already thinking about the next property. Definitely will use again.

Great for investors - Not for everyone? Not for everyone?! I just read the reviews and people seem to love or hate awning. I tried Evolve and they were okay but I needed a little more (like someone to actually manage cleaners/repair people). I’m living overseas and I wanted full service but the other managers charged so much more with all their hidden fees and mark-ups. Awning is very clear about their costs and don’t charge extra fees for their cleaners/handymen. The thing I like the most is their text message support. It’s not perfect but they’re reachable 24/7 and get the job done! The value they offer is what I need as an investor. My guess is that the few other bad reviews are from people who used to manage the property themselves living onsite. They were super clear that they are focused on helping investors maximize revenue, which is my main goal (lower cost, higher $). Maybe Awning is not perfect for the part-time investor/2nd home owner(?) but it’s amazing for the full time investor.
