MXGreat for investors - Not for everyone? Not for everyone?! I just read the reviews and people seem to love or hate awning. I tried Evolve and they were okay but I needed a little more (like someone to actually manage cleaners/repair people). I’m living overseas and I wanted full service but the other managers charged so much more with all their hidden fees and mark-ups. Awning is very clear about their costs and don’t charge extra fees for their cleaners/handymen. The thing I like the most is their text message support. It’s not perfect but they’re reachable 24/7 and get the job done! The value they offer is what I need as an investor. My guess is that the few other bad reviews are from people who used to manage the property themselves living onsite. They were super clear that they are focused on helping investors maximize revenue, which is my main goal (lower cost, higher $). Maybe Awning is not perfect for the part-time investor/2nd home owner(?) but it’s amazing for the full time investor.

GBJacob was communicative and got back to… Jacob was communicative and got back to us in a timely manner with regards to any requests or questions we had. He was professional and courteous in his communications with us and the entire buying process was a smooth one

GBCommunication gets an F Awning was supposed to give me a quote and also more information about how my property would perform. Their representative never followed through or gave me a call back. His excuse was computer issues after this review, weeks later. However he had my contact information over email. Their representative was also looking at my LinkedIn and personal social media only after this review. Their management apologized that the reason is because they can’t work with every property. That is absolutely fine but I never heard back since their representatives told me he would look into all the information I gave with my properties. I would not recommend this company based on customer service and responsiveness. Be cautious of what information you share.

GBcustomer service people… Overall the customer service people have been great. They’ve listened to me get very frustrated with Vrbo and tried to work the problem out without management getting involved. Sadly that could not be avoided. Commutation is the biggest problem I see.
