GBDo not use! Five days after ordering the medication still had not shipped. Their phone number goes straight to voice mail. When someone returned my phone call it was with a very heavy Indian accent (I couldn't understand the message). If you check on Google maps you will discover that their address is a very small building behind a rental office. This appears to be a one or two man operation. They may have been okay in the past but there are clearly numerous problems now in May, 2018.

I've used their services many times this year. They are very attentive and considerate. Today I had the pleasure of speaking to a young lady named COYA, who was extremely professional, caring, kind and took care of my pets prescription order request exceptionally well. I recommend this company to anyone without hesitation!!

GBBest price, great customer service, can recommend Overall, excellent experience. They had the lowest price online for the flea treatment our cats needed. After order was placed they called me the next day to discuss the status of the order. That never happens! I also ordered a second item that was not high priority and was not immediately available so they sent the flea treatment then sent a second package with the other item a couple days later but did not charge me more postage. I found customer service, the two or three times that I spoke with them, to be helpful and efficient. I'm a new customer but right now I can highly recommend this online pet pharmacy.

GBPray you don't need customer service. All was well until I stopped the monthly autoship for an expensive medication. I did so because my vet took my dog off it. When the vet decided to put him back on it, I simply restarted the autoship. I was then notified that multiple shipments had been shipped at the same time. When I tried to contact the company to find out what was going on, I was connected to a call center in Asia. Neither person I spoke with could speak understandable English, and the issue was never corrected. There was no way to speak with someone in the U.S, where the company is presumably based. Absolutely ridiculous. I would never do business with this circus again.
