I'm still waiting on a package that… I'm still waiting on a package that should've been delivered on Jan.12th then it went to the 13th,then to the 16th then the17th.Each time I call customer service I'm informed that it's out for delivery.still waiting.Never again will I order from this company.

Quality Care I have been purchasing from this company for 2 years now. Great service from pharmacy to shipping. I found them to be the lowest price for my dogs medicine. Very pleased with their service. Customer service is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

sent me bad medicine sent me bad medicine, dog got fleas, been on medicine all his life before. rude, unfriendly, cold customer services. asked for manager to call me never did, only generic emails, told me to return unused product which I did for refund, then they said no refund I wrote date on box. why would this matter not legally to resale medicine. I asked why did you ask me to mail the product back which I had to pay for , they mailed back to me product was crushed by them, as the box they returned it in was undamaged so means it was purposed damaged before it entered the box pet vm or bandana rx what ever they call them selves do no use

Wonderful performance Ordered nexgard for our Jaxon 4 days ago and we live in Taxachusetts and Pet VM is from California. I administered his treatment this afternoon. Top shelf service. Impressive.

Pray you don't need customer service. All was well until I stopped the monthly autoship for an expensive medication. I did so because my vet took my dog off it. When the vet decided to put him back on it, I simply restarted the autoship. I was then notified that multiple shipments had been shipped at the same time. When I tried to contact the company to find out what was going on, I was connected to a call center in Asia. Neither person I spoke with could speak understandable English, and the issue was never corrected. There was no way to speak with someone in the U.S, where the company is presumably based. Absolutely ridiculous. I would never do business with this circus again.
