I ordered Antinol. Package was not sealed. I ordered Antinol from them for the first time. I was happy with the ease of ordering and quick receipt given the difficulty to source certain meds during this time. It would be a 5 star rating except that I received the package unsealed, which caused me concern regarding the source. The interior gel capsules do not seem tampered with, but I order these meds via different vendors (via Amazon) and the box has always come sealed. Overall good reviews so I will use the product.

Do not use! Five days after ordering the medication still had not shipped. Their phone number goes straight to voice mail. When someone returned my phone call it was with a very heavy Indian accent (I couldn't understand the message). If you check on Google maps you will discover that their address is a very small building behind a rental office. This appears to be a one or two man operation. They may have been okay in the past but there are clearly numerous problems now in May, 2018.

Best price, great customer service, can recommend Overall, excellent experience. They had the lowest price online for the flea treatment our cats needed. After order was placed they called me the next day to discuss the status of the order. That never happens! I also ordered a second item that was not high priority and was not immediately available so they sent the flea treatment then sent a second package with the other item a couple days later but did not charge me more postage. I found customer service, the two or three times that I spoke with them, to be helpful and efficient. I'm a new customer but right now I can highly recommend this online pet pharmacy.

At first I thought the drops were … At first I thought the drops were upsetting my pooches stomach, so I backed off giving fewer drops. I then upped the dose to two drops more than for her weight and I believe I am seeing less of a voracious appetite, and some definition in her waistline. Her Cushings is probably not a bad case, no hair loss or infections, but I certainly am glad this was available instead of the awful RX the vet recommended. She, has been on the drops a couple months, and I would recommend this.

I'm still waiting on a package that… I'm still waiting on a package that should've been delivered on Jan.12th then it went to the 13th,then to the 16th then the17th.Each time I call customer service I'm informed that it's out for delivery.still waiting.Never again will I order from this company.
