Do not use! Five days after ordering the medication still had not shipped. Their phone number goes straight to voice mail. When someone returned my phone call it was with a very heavy Indian accent (I couldn't understand the message). If you check on Google maps you will discover that their address is a very small building behind a rental office. This appears to be a one or two man operation. They may have been okay in the past but there are clearly numerous problems now in May, 2018.

Pet VM is a Great Pharmacy I have ordered for more than a year a medication for my dog Cesy, Vetoryl 5 mg, since no other pet pharmacy carried this medicine and Pet VM did, and even thought they are on the west coast and we live in Miami Beach medication every time I ordered came on time. In only 3 days from the time I placed the order for my Pug's medications (Apoquel, Nexgard and Metacam) they obtained the prescriptions from her Vet, shipped the medications and they arrived at my home. Their prices are great however if you… Their prices are great however if you order online and have a different billing address and residence address they want you to send them a copy of your driver's license and credit card. I do a lot of ordering online and have never been asked by any vendor to send my driver's license and credit card. When I asked if there was another way of validating the information the woman told me that she would cancel my order. With six dogs and two cats there's a lot of other vendors to buy from.

After order was placed they called me the next day to discuss the status of the order. That never happens! I also ordered a second item that was not high priority and was not immediately available so they sent the flea treatment then sent a second package with the other item a couple days later but did not charge me more postage. I found customer service, the two or three times that I spoke with them, to be helpful and efficient. I'm a new customer but right now I can highly recommend this online pet pharmacy.
