In only 3 days from the time I placed the order for my Pug's medications (Apoquel, Nexgard and Metacam) they obtained the prescriptions from her Vet, shipped the medications and they arrived at my home. Scam meds: my dog suffered I trusted this company with my dog's health, and I think I got scammed. I thought I was getting a great deal when I discovered my dog's arthritis medicine in a 3-month supply for quite a bit less per pill than I usually get it. I'm not sure what the problem is, but AS SOON as she made the switch to the new Petvaluemart meds, she was in pain and limping and has continued to be ever since. I tried to contact them to ask to return the remaining pills (over $100 worth!!) for a refund, but they never responded. I am VERY upset and intend to complain to everyone I can in the hopes that I will get a response.

I do a lot of ordering online and have never been asked by any vendor to send my driver's license and credit card. When I asked if there was another way of validating the information the woman told me that she would cancel my order. With six dogs and two cats there's a lot of other vendors to buy from.
