Can you include a small box (not the general one) of top five news items? However, I must say that every instructor/educator brings a new, different and unique perspective which often fills holes in my learning.

Did not answer phones Did not answer phones, did not return phone calls when I left message 3 different times. Had to wait on hold almost 3 hours to reach someone. Promised education on the software but they had no availability. Once I reached the person on my 5th attempt after waiting 3 hours, she did resolve my issues, but I had already been trying to cancel for a month.
