Did not answer phones Did not answer phones, did not return phone calls when I left message 3 different times. Had to wait on hold almost 3 hours to reach someone. Promised education on the software but they had no availability. Once I reached the person on my 5th attempt after waiting 3 hours, she did resolve my issues, but I had already been trying to cancel for a month.

I've been trading for almost 40 years I've been trading for almost 40 years. I started with yesterdays closing numbers in todays newspaper. I'm amazed everyday when I turn on my computer, tablet or smartphone and have incredible, immediate access to not only realtime quotes but scanning and charting software that can take a lifetime to master. I've looked at many services over the years and still surf the net to see what's available. I haven't found anything that compares to Vectorvest. Very disappointment on customer… Very disappointment on customer service.You can't cancel the service online.True thieves .never used their service and got charged monthly.Going to take this company to court and make at an example since they said over the phone they are using the same policy as Amazon .I recorded the conversation with them and see how they are going to defend themself.Shame on you VestVector

No customer service at all Attended a webinar, followed the link to sign up and after taking me details it just shows a blank page. Contacted their customer service by phone and was on hold for 30 mins. Tried email instead and was told that until I had setup an account they couldn’t help me. Have tried with 3 different email addresses over 2 weeks and still the same thing. The only conclusion I have is that it’s a scam trying to capture email addresses.
