I give them the 3 star rating because when you call in, on the technical or sales side, many of the phone operators are abrasive and rude to the point that you avoid calling. Being an elite subscriber and one that has been around for 3 years now, you would hope to be treated a bit more respectfully. That said there are also some great people at support. The techniques work, you cannot win all the time, and they provide clear exit guidelines for anyone thinking that they aren't giving good advice.
