GBVectorVest has the worst technical support in the industry VectorVest technical support is the worst in the industry. The tech support lines are handled by glorified phone operators, which are only capable of changing passwords. They know nothing about VectorVest. If the software does not work properly, they tell you to turn it off and back on. If it still does not work wait for another day. They refuse to transfer you to a software expert that can help you solve the problem. If you report a mispriced stock on their data base, they say they have no idea what you are talking about.

GBUsed to be a great company operating in… Used to be a great company operating in the UK as well as other countries. They dumped South Africa and Hong Kong, now they have dumped the UK and all the world-wide user groups. What is next to dump. We in the UK are very upset by their CEO. Since she took over VectorVest has gone downhill. We formed an action group to mitigate the excuses she has used for her actions but all our efforts have fallen on deaf ears. VV are not the great company they once were. I was with them for 15 years until they ditched us.

GBi was thinking about signing up with… i was thinking about signing up with vector vest but i noticed their website has been for days. not a good sign. then i see on their facebook profile memos from CEO talking about being down since before 12/18. this doesn't look good for them. as a potential customer, i think this just spooked me from joining.

GBDon't recommend to even try to their trial. It's a trap! Their subscription is very expensive and very much like other free charting websites with a bunch of technical indicators that show the past data. It does not really help as advertised. If you subscribe a trial, make sure to cancel it before expiration. If late for 1 day, they will charge you the whole month. I feel this company is aiming to charge you as little $ as they possibly can. Initially, I planed to pay for annual subscription but changed my mind and would never come back to Vectorvest. Stay away!

GBIt's a descent service It's a descent service. But the software is glitchy and crashes quite often. The also provide additional webinars but most of the time they are just trying to upsell you to buy additional services and/or courses that can be pricey. Considering what they charge each month they should provide more of these as part of your monthly fees instead of continually trying to bleed your wallet.
