The tech support lines are handled by glorified phone operators, which are only capable of changing passwords. They know nothing about VectorVest. If the software does not work properly, they tell you to turn it off and back on. If it still does not work wait for another day. They refuse to transfer you to a software expert that can help you solve the problem. If you report a mispriced stock on their data base, they say they have no idea what you are talking about.

Promised education on the software but they had no availability. Once I reached the person on my 5th attempt after waiting 3 hours, she did resolve my issues, but I had already been trying to cancel for a month.

IF you take the free quick start mobile app course and follow the guide lines, and trade only on days that are deemed bullish, you can be very successful.
