No customer service at all Attended a webinar, followed the link to sign up and after taking me details it just shows a blank page. Contacted their customer service by phone and was on hold for 30 mins. Tried email instead and was told that until I had setup an account they couldn’t help me. Have tried with 3 different email addresses over 2 weeks and still the same thing. The only conclusion I have is that it’s a scam trying to capture email addresses.

Do the learning, invest time, watch the tutorials, watch as much info you get from them for free, listen to them and ....you will be successful I was a novice in the stock market without success before I came a member of VectorVest. Subscribed in 2021 for a trial period. Later on I subscribed for a full year and till this day I never regret it. Then, when I was trying to learn almost every day came the bear market in 2022. I didn't listen enough to what I learned and....made losses on my portfolio. I did it all over, listened and learned more from VectorVest. Sucked in all the information from our fantastic knowledged coach in Belgium and start making profits. I probably will stay with VectorVest for ever. I would be much more blinded in my investments without Vectorvest as a guided hand. Not to mention that we have a fantastic support coach in Belgium.

It's a descent service It's a descent service. But the software is glitchy and crashes quite often. The also provide additional webinars but most of the time they are just trying to upsell you to buy additional services and/or courses that can be pricey. Considering what they charge each month they should provide more of these as part of your monthly fees instead of continually trying to bleed your wallet.

What a huge difference VectorVest has made for me! Oh my goodness, I appreciate VectorVest! It's some amazing software - there is a learning curve, so don't think you're just going to come buzzing in and know how to operate it at first glance. You definitely want to study the how-to instructions. Also, listen to and heed the advice and recommendations of the presenters, which was different from what I hear elsewhere, and had heard before. That said, I came from losing money before VectorVest, to making money using VectorVest. You do have to study it, though, listen to the presenters, and all that. Take notes. If you want to take some of their courses, take one course at a time, give it your attention and take notes. It can mean the difference between continuing to lose money in the markets, to coming out ahead.

VectorVest for growth, income and protection. VV, compared to other investment websites, is simple, unique and easy to follow. As a retiree, I have found it just perfect not only for growing my nest egg but also to protect it from catastrophic loss. On top of it, it gives me a way to earn a modest income thru options and dividends. Thank you VV for a good educational platform for all of us who always wants to learn more about trading and investing regardless of age and experience.
