Do the learning, invest time, watch the tutorials, watch as much info you get from them for free, listen to them and ....you will be successful I was a novice in the stock market without success before I came a member of VectorVest. Subscribed in 2021 for a trial period. Later on I subscribed for a full year and till this day I never regret it. Then, when I was trying to learn almost every day came the bear market in 2022. I didn't listen enough to what I learned and....made losses on my portfolio. I did it all over, listened and learned more from VectorVest. Sucked in all the information from our fantastic knowledged coach in Belgium and start making profits. I probably will stay with VectorVest for ever. I would be much more blinded in my investments without Vectorvest as a guided hand. Not to mention that we have a fantastic support coach in Belgium.

No customer service at all Attended a webinar, followed the link to sign up and after taking me details it just shows a blank page. Contacted their customer service by phone and was on hold for 30 mins. Tried email instead and was told that until I had setup an account they couldn’t help me. Have tried with 3 different email addresses over 2 weeks and still the same thing. The only conclusion I have is that it’s a scam trying to capture email addresses.

I'm amazed everyday when I turn on my computer, tablet or smartphone and have incredible, immediate access to not only realtime quotes but scanning and charting software that can take a lifetime to master. I've looked at many services over the years and still surf the net to see what's available. I haven't found anything that compares to Vectorvest. Used to be a great company operating in… Used to be a great company operating in the UK as well as other countries. They dumped South Africa and Hong Kong, now they have dumped the UK and all the world-wide user groups. What is next to dump. We in the UK are very upset by their CEO. Since she took over VectorVest has gone downhill. We formed an action group to mitigate the excuses she has used for her actions but all our efforts have fallen on deaf ears. VV are not the great company they once were. I was with them for 15 years until they ditched us.

Very disappointment on customer… Very disappointment on customer service.You can't cancel the service online.True thieves .never used their service and got charged monthly.Going to take this company to court and make at an example since they said over the phone they are using the same policy as Amazon .I recorded the conversation with them and see how they are going to defend themself.Shame on you VestVector
