A Happy Customer When the market took a nose dive, I decided to subscribe to VectorVest. Actually, I've had a subscription on and off throughout the past few years. Now, I plan to stick with it. In the beginning, I knew nothing about stock trading. But, the training opportunities VectorVest offers helps me build the skills I need to be a successful trader. Also, my level of confidence in the software itself has increased over time. VectorVest does an amazing job of getting you into and out of the market. They also provide you with solid stock picks and oh, so much more!

A wealth of knowledge but phone support needs work There is a lot to learn from the team at Vectorvest and some excellent instructors. I give them the 3 star rating because when you call in, on the technical or sales side, many of the phone operators are abrasive and rude to the point that you avoid calling. Being an elite subscriber and one that has been around for 3 years now, you would hope to be treated a bit more respectfully. That said there are also some great people at support. The techniques work, you cannot win all the time, and they provide clear exit guidelines for anyone thinking that they aren't giving good advice.

I'm amazed everyday when I turn on my computer, tablet or smartphone and have incredible, immediate access to not only realtime quotes but scanning and charting software that can take a lifetime to master. I've looked at many services over the years and still surf the net to see what's available. I haven't found anything that compares to Vectorvest. Doesn't matter whether you're a beginner or seasoned investor. It's great for anyone starting to trade or manage their own money. Develop good habits, trade with Vectorvest. Very disappointment on customer… Very disappointment on customer service.You can't cancel the service online.True thieves .never used their service and got charged monthly.Going to take this company to court and make at an example since they said over the phone they are using the same policy as Amazon .I recorded the conversation with them and see how they are going to defend themself.Shame on you VestVector
