Promised education on the software but they had no availability. Once I reached the person on my 5th attempt after waiting 3 hours, she did resolve my issues, but I had already been trying to cancel for a month.

What a huge difference VectorVest has made for me! Oh my goodness, I appreciate VectorVest! It's some amazing software - there is a learning curve, so don't think you're just going to come buzzing in and know how to operate it at first glance. You definitely want to study the how-to instructions. Also, listen to and heed the advice and recommendations of the presenters, which was different from what I hear elsewhere, and had heard before. That said, I came from losing money before VectorVest, to making money using VectorVest. You do have to study it, though, listen to the presenters, and all that. Take notes. If you want to take some of their courses, take one course at a time, give it your attention and take notes. It can mean the difference between continuing to lose money in the markets, to coming out ahead.
