GBPetLink is the best thing you’ll never… PetLink is the best thing you’ll never know you need! I signed up as a precautionary measure a few years ago and it wasn’t until I needed it did I realize how critical they are to use! Our dog was being cared for by family members and when he got out, it was PetLink that let us know he was found by a local shelter. We did not receive any calls from our family or the shelter so we wouldn’t have known otherwise. He had be lost for almost 2 hours before we got the email so who knows how long before we would have heard elsewhere. Thank you PetLink for keeping watch of our doggo!

GBTerrible customer service (as in none) I ordered a harness for my dog. Since it stated there was no possibility of returns or exchanges I made sure I used the provided chart to measure the sections of my dog several times (What kind of reputable company has this rule- should have been my first clue). I ordered the harness based on Petlink supplied site chart. Once received I tried to fit it to my dog and even at the smallest setting it was still too big. Contacted Petlink by email and they emailed me back a link to the statement about no exchanges or returns. I emailed them about using their chart and needed to contact a supervisor. No reply so I am stuck with a $70 harness I can't use. Worthless customer service and can't be bothered to compromise or keep a customer happy. Do not use this company for any accessory unless you want to be disappointed!

GBDon't Use - Rude and Not Accurate Don't use them. I rescued a cat over the weekend. The scanned chip said they were registered with petlink. The owner associated with the chip said it wasn't her cat. It ended up being my neighbors cat, who had a different chip number, but looked the same. Both with petlink. Somehow, petlink got my email, and has been sending me daily emails, asking if the owner and cat have been reunited. When I emailed explaining the situation, with the chip number, they only asked for the chip number again. So I tried calling today. I gave the number and when I tried to explain what happened they just wanted the number again. I declined, they called me rude, and hung up. Less than a minute later, I got a text calling me a b*itch, and I blocked them. Don't use unless you want a bad experience.

GBFamily vacation saved! On family vacation our senior Boston Terrier “explored” a bit too far and got lost from the house. He is deaf and basically blind so we were a tad panicked to say the least. Totally forgetting we had him microchipped we received a call (only an hour and half later) from the local area’s vet that Butch had been found. I honestly thought the microchipping was a waste when we first had it done but now am beyond grateful. Everyone in the family will be getting chipped this week! 😉
