Don't Use - Rude and Not Accurate Don't use them. I rescued a cat over the weekend. The scanned chip said they were registered with petlink. The owner associated with the chip said it wasn't her cat. It ended up being my neighbors cat, who had a different chip number, but looked the same. Both with petlink. Somehow, petlink got my email, and has been sending me daily emails, asking if the owner and cat have been reunited. When I emailed explaining the situation, with the chip number, they only asked for the chip number again. So I tried calling today. I gave the number and when I tried to explain what happened they just wanted the number again. I declined, they called me rude, and hung up. Less than a minute later, I got a text calling me a b*itch, and I blocked them. Don't use unless you want a bad experience.

I found a dog that had a chip… I found a dog that had a chip registered to someone. I was told they reached out. I never received a call from said owner so I called pet link again for a follow up and they hung up on me. I called again shortly after and the guy on the phone was annoyed saying I’ve reported the dog three times. False, only did it once. At first they were nice and I was considering getting my own dog chipped with them. But now that I know they clearly don’t care about reuniting the dog to the owner, not gonna happen.

Today my beloved Rello ran away from… Today my beloved Rello ran away from home. He was micro chipped and returned home to me . Unfortunately he was involved in a fight and severely bruised as well as a concussion...The vet treated him and he's on the road to recovery. I am so thankful for petlink...

Sad story, happy ending! Petlink, As a rescue group, we have found Microchips an invaluable tool in helping to ensure the safety of dogs we adopt out. I am just following up with you regarding dog “Georgie “ that was recently returned to us because of his Petlink microchip. We adopted out Georgie to a woman eight years ago. Unfortunately, she had recently passed away and Georgie was found as a stray on the streets. It was a very sad situation since she loved the dog Very much. As a Rescue group ,we implant Petlink Microchips on all of the dogs we rescue.We are always listed on the microchip as a back up contact. This is a perfect example of how well the Petlink microchip system works by returning dogs to a safe place, even when the owner has passed away. Georgie is now back safely in our care! Impossible Customer Service It is impossible to reach PetLink.net either by phone or email. After a few tiring, frustrating tries to get in touch after waiting a very LONG time I still am unable to reach them. Received an email stating my membership was now inactive but all my paperwork shows there is never another new registration fee at any time. Come on now! Get your business in order!
