Horrible company Horrible company. Purchased a dog from a breeder that was already chipped. On my existing account I followed all of Petlink's instructions to transfer chip from breeder account to my account. They refused to accept the proof that they requested and basically told me I was out of luck.

GREAT SERVICE GREAT SERVICE. While we were out of town, gusty winds blew open our gate and set our little hairy guy out and he went on a holiday walk. A neighbor noticed him a few yards away and called him over and noticed his Petlink collar and called in his location. Long story short...... Our hairy little guy is back home safe and sound. It was the text message from PetLink that was our first indication something was amiss and a huge relief when we realized that through that text he was safe. Great follow-up after the fact.
