GBFamily vacation saved! On family vacation our senior Boston Terrier “explored” a bit too far and got lost from the house. He is deaf and basically blind so we were a tad panicked to say the least. Totally forgetting we had him microchipped we received a call (only an hour and half later) from the local area’s vet that Butch had been found. I honestly thought the microchipping was a waste when we first had it done but now am beyond grateful. Everyone in the family will be getting chipped this week! 😉

GBScammy spammy money-grubbing company Despite repeated unsubscribe from marketing emails, they keep spamming “One-Year Premium Registration Expires” and try to extort you to pay $19.95 or else you can’t have “unlimited access to your Petlink profile” whatever that means. This deceptive marketing tactic has garnered a class action lawsuit for another microchip company, guess petlink wants one as well? No, it doesn’t mean your pet will no longer be registered. Microchips have permanent data, so anyone who scans will find the pets owner. Do not let these jerks scam you into paying.

GBGREAT SERVICE GREAT SERVICE. While we were out of town, gusty winds blew open our gate and set our little hairy guy out and he went on a holiday walk. A neighbor noticed him a few yards away and called him over and noticed his Petlink collar and called in his location. Long story short...... Our hairy little guy is back home safe and sound. Thanks Petlink.

CAVery helpful in retrieving our pup Very helpful in retrieving our pup. In fact we were home and had no idea the young guy went on a neighborhood excursion. It was the text message from PetLink that was our first indication something was amiss and a huge relief when we realized that through that text he was safe. Great follow-up after the fact.

GBDon't Use - Rude and Not Accurate Don't use them. I rescued a cat over the weekend. The scanned chip said they were registered with petlink. The owner associated with the chip said it wasn't her cat. It ended up being my neighbors cat, who had a different chip number, but looked the same. Both with petlink. Somehow, petlink got my email, and has been sending me daily emails, asking if the owner and cat have been reunited. When I emailed explaining the situation, with the chip number, they only asked for the chip number again. So I tried calling today. I gave the number and when I tried to explain what happened they just wanted the number again. I declined, they called me rude, and hung up. Less than a minute later, I got a text calling me a b*itch, and I blocked them. Don't use unless you want a bad experience.
