GBprice switching just wanted to let everyone know that this company will not stand buy their pricing. I ordered 500 oz of silver got confirmation, sent payment only to be told that they made a mistake and would not ship coins that I bought unless I paid extra 4 dollars a coin.2000 difference. They were also very rude.needless to say,I will not be buying from them ever again.

GBNothing but good experiences Nothing but good experiences. I have placed multiples orders over the last six months. Mostly certified platinum and silver bullion. I have always received high end product on the bullion side. Your first order is cumbersome and they could ship quicker one they have cleared funds. That is what I put up with for the best prices.

GBOld Fashion Good Service Recently I placed an order and received it in a timely manner. Bullion Exchanges sells the usual bullion products but also has unique items that some online companies don't have. I liked how they add a classy touch to their inner packaging by printing the name on the merchandise box and plastic packing material. It indicates to me that the owner and management take pride in what they do. Fair and very competitive prices too.

GBDo not let Bullion Exchanges steal your gold Do not sell to Bullion Exchanges. 3 weeks and still waiting for check in the mail. Emailed 2 days - enough time - NO response at all to my emails. 4 weeks after they received and verified the GOLD they received I still have no payment for MY GOLD. THEY STOLE MY GOLD - DO NOT LET BULLION EXCHANGES STEAL YOUR GOLD!

GBShoddy Business Practices DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Bullion Exchanges ONLINE. ONLY IN PERSON using cash. I trusted them previously with online ordering. I no longer do. In a volatile market, they play games holding on to your bullion after receiving payment and informing you of the tracking # for FedEx shipping. They do not respond to emails nor do they adequately explain the delay in shipping. They say shipping and tracking info is generated by their system before bullion is ready to ship and that shipping can take up to 5 business days after they have received bank funds. Why are you holding my money for an additional week? I believe they are hedging the market so that they can cancel orders and refund buyers if there is a spike in bullion prices. Typical speculation, with other peoples' money. Bullion Exchanges does not respond to emails. Why leave a paper trail when you are doing Shoddy stuff?
