Emailed 2 days - enough time - NO response at all to my emails. 4 weeks after they received and verified the GOLD they received I still have no payment for MY GOLD. USUsed to be very good, Now I question if they are Have had several orders through the years. Never had this much trouble waiting for them to ship. The money was transferred on the day of the order, it should take maybe 2-3 business days to clear and that is the max time. Usually that same day or the next. I'm on business day 8 and they finally acknowledge getting payment! That mean they have been sitting on the money for an extra few days getting the interest from it. I also now expect they over sold and are waiting for product so they can ship. Hopefully, it arrives in one piece but based on other reviews I suspect they have gone downhill in both service and business practices. What used to be one of the places I checked will now be a don't bother. There are better dealers out there.
