Loan papers were incorrect for the… Loan papers were incorrect for the program chosen. Decided stay with that program which modified some of the paper work, which created some negotiation at last minute. Escrow was to forward the loan documents at close, 3/19, but as I understand FedX will deliver 3/21. Why delay? Justin Cohen deserves the 5 star rating.

They were on top of getting all of our paperwork in as fast as they could. On our last transaction we ended up closing within a week.
