GBDo not use greenwood!! Do not use greenwood!!! Cash app has cancelled a few transactions and when they finally expired over a week later greenwood put them in as 0.00 transactions instead of 210, 110, 100, & 50! Leaving me $480 short in my account. They keep telling me it'll be 24-48 hours before compliance contacts me but this started 8/21/23! No word from anyone at all. I call and call but nothing. I just need the money back in my account now!

GBI'm giving Greenwood some grace I'm giving Greenwood some grace. Yes, their customer service is slow when it comes to answering the phone and responding to emails. I've had similar issues with my funds being available within (what I thought) a timely manner. I have not cut them off completely but I don't have all my funds going there just yet either. I still want to believe that Greenwood will be the bank it says it will be.

GBIf I could give negative stars there… If I could give negative stars there wouldn't be enough. My account was hacked in January. I sent all the proof they asked me for why am I still fighting these people to get my money back. The saddest thing is my card was locked. The customer representatives are unprofessional, unknowledgeable and a supervisor or team lead is never available. I've been waiting to hear back from a supervisor 2 weeks. I'm excited for the people who have had better experiences. I'm very displeased.

GBDo not open an account with Greenwood… Do not open an account with Greenwood Bank! They do not have their own fraud department. Unlike other financial institutions, they provide no alerts of each transactions by text message in place. They just email you about the transactions. They allowed someone to compromise my account and refused to refund me the money that was stolen from me in a timely manner. They allowed the funds to be deducted immediately like the funds that were stolen from me! I am so glad that my Social Security Benefits are being deposited into this account!

GBI’m so glad I joined Greenwood I’m so glad I joined Greenwood. The ability to utilize my dollar in my community, not worry about fees, use Apple Pay, and get paid early are just some of the crazy benefits. I love pulling out my physical metal card and getting questions about it and seeing the interest everywhere I shop. The future for Greenwood is very bright and I’m just glad to be along for the ride!
