Maybe it’s the software developer in me, but not having an obvious way to log into your account from the main website is bizarre and a weird thing not to have in 2022. I make websites and apps for a living, this is a basic feature when you have users. I’d love to see our accounts earn interest, though in this economical climate it would be an underwhelming rate anyway and this platform is still getting settled in. That’s it, everything else is really really awesome!

My experience has been smooth and I'm very impressed with the apps functionality. Don't be swayed by these negative comments...they are probably "Bots" trying to disparage a minority bank.

Greenwood is an amazing banking… Greenwood is an amazing banking institution. I have been impressed with the commitment to change as a mission. Also the customer service is amazing as well. The app has been flawless and very easy to use. I know where my money is and it is always available immediately. I highly recommend Greenwood whether you are seasoned in finance or just getting started Greenwood will take you there.

Worst experience ever went to the Post… Worst experience ever went to the Post Office to get some money orders tried to pay card declined. I called the bank and was told that there system doesn't recognize post office transactions. huh?? Seriously? Okay went home to make my payment online made 2 payments for 1200 then my card was locked, I called and was told to wait for 30 minutes then try my card again. All I'm trying to do is pay bills this is ridiculous definitely moving my money back to Navy Federal. Doesn't matter if you have Greenwood Metal card which you pay _4.99 a month for.

Absolutely horrible experience Wow! I am currently awaiting my new debit card that was supposed to be fedex to me. I can't access my money this weekend at all. I just had two scams happen to my account and I tried my best to give them a chance. I don't recommend this bank at all. One pro is that you get your direct deposit early.
