The scam bank I thought when I opened the account I was coming to a financial platform that was a better alternative to the big banks. However, I have found them to be more heartless than the big banks. I’m dealing with a death in the family and deposited a check from my church and they placed a seven day hold on it. Once I called customer service they told me your funds will be available in another 4 business days and there is nothing we can do! THANKS GREENWOOD !

Greenwood is an amazing banking… Greenwood is an amazing banking institution. I have been impressed with the commitment to change as a mission. Also the customer service is amazing as well. The app has been flawless and very easy to use. I know where my money is and it is always available immediately. I highly recommend Greenwood whether you are seasoned in finance or just getting started Greenwood will take you there.

Absolutely horrible experience Wow! I am currently awaiting my new debit card that was supposed to be fedex to me. I can't access my money this weekend at all. I just had two scams happen to my account and I tried my best to give them a chance. I don't recommend this bank at all. One pro is that you get your direct deposit early.

My experience has been smooth and I'm very impressed with the apps functionality. Don't be swayed by these negative comments...they are probably "Bots" trying to disparage a minority bank.

Don’t waste ur time Don’t waste ur time ! Declining issues for a bank account . Please my money ur just a building just like every other bank . I waited for what reason? Reminds me of the same racial discrimination hatred like other credit card and bank do black people ! Take ur joke applications go get investors too check account so they can invest in nothing as other banker do ! Ready for decline for no reason to hold my money !!!
